The Hebrew word study on "natsab" — meaning to stand firm, to be stationed — completely changed how I read Psalm 119:89. God's Word isn't just written; it's positioned, standing at attention in heaven. That image has stayed with me all week. Thank you, Pastor Jan, for going deep into the original languages.

I've read Matthew 8 many times, but I never noticed the contrast between the two storm accounts until this session. The first storm, Jesus was asleep — He was at rest in the boat. The second, He sent the disciples ahead without Him. Both situations required a different kind of faith. The teaching on perception versus presence was incredibly practical. I'm applying this to a situation I'm walking through right now.
